The original Glow Up group took around 25 of our agents in exactly your shoes and turned them into President's Club winners with every one of them increasing their volume by a minimum of 5 million. If that sounds like something you want for yourself - this is the group for you. In this series we are going to talk about process, time analysis per file, hiring your first assistant, selecting lenders, compensation analysis, incorporation and tax strategies, tech set ups and more. This group is designed for agents who are feeling like they understand how to get a deal and how to get it approved but need to level up 'how' they are operating their business for scalability.
