The Mortgage Nerd 3 day event
There are tons of courses on how to get business, this is not that course.
This course will focus on what to do with that file once you get it.
How to structure an application, calculate income, read business financial statements, read credit bureaus, rental worksheets, how to choose a lender or product and all of the nitty gritty details that can make or break a mortgage application jam packed into a 3 day online workshop.
Whether you are brand new to the business or are a few years in, this course will cover as much about underwriting mortgage applications that can fit into 3 days. 15 hours of scheduled content plus Q&A periods and open mic at the end of each day.
