A newbies guide to underwriting net worth files!

We will dive into examples of how to underwrite and qualify using the various net worth programs available for clients who have a lot of money in savings but don't traditionally qualify for the loan they are seeking. We will go through a handful of lender's qualifying guidelines and examples of how to use these programs as well as touching on marketing opportunities to bring in more high net worth clients.
